Advice and Casework

COVID CRISIS UPDATE

We are currently prioritizing urgent immigration cases for people who are vulnerable, destitute and/or have children.

Advice and casework are currently being provided remotely.

To refer or request advice for yourself please call us on 0203 4903443. If we are able to help details will be taken and an advisor will call back within 3 days to complete triage.

Due to high demand we are only able to provide advice on the following:

Urgent immigration issues including support for families with NRPF ( no recourse to public funds)

Homelessness/destitution

Issues with accessing asylum support; Section 98, Section 95, Section 4

We are currently closed to external referrals.

SLRA is registered with the Office for Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and we provide immigration advice up to Level 3.
